SHIPPING TO CANADA
We're excited to extend our offerings to Canada! To ensure a smooth shipping experience from the USA to Canada, we've partnered with Passport, our trusted third-party international shipping partner. Here’s what you need to know about our Canada shipping policies:

Shipping Costs: Unlike our USA store, free shipping is not available for all orders shipped to Canada. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.

Estimated Shipping Times to Canada:
- Standard International Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order.
Handling by Passport:
- All orders shipped to Canada are handled by Passport and their shipping partners to ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.
- Duties and Taxes: All Canadian orders over $40 value are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties and taxes are collected at checkout to avoid any hold-up at customs. The amount of duties and taxes vary by product and country.
Tracking Your Package:
- After your order has been processed, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Track your order's progress directly on your Freebird tracking page provided by Passport.
Delivery Times:
- International orders to Canada are typically delivered within 5-10 business days after order fulfillment. Your tracking page will provide the most accurate estimated delivery date.
Customs Delays:
- Should your package experience delays, particularly at customs, we ask for your patience. Such delays are often out of our control, but we assure you your package is on its way.

RETURNS FOR CANADA
We want you to love your Freebird products. If you’re not entirely satisfied, here’s how our return policy works for Canadian customers:
- 30-Day Return Policy: You can return your Freebird products within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Unfortunately, Freebird does not cover the cost of return shipping or handling for Canadian returns.
Returns Process:
- Contact us via our contact form or email ca@myfreebird.com with your name, order number, and request for a return or exchange.
- Package the items in their original packaging with all components.
- Ensure your name and order number are visible on or inside the return parcel.
- Ship your return to our specified address (details provided upon return request confirmation).
- Email us a photo of your shipment receipt or provide a tracking number for your return parcel. We’ll process your refund once we receive the returned items.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are subject to the same 30-day policy. Contact us, and we'll guide you through the exchange process for items that meet our return condition requirements.
Please Note:
- Our return and exchange policies are only applicable to orders placed on https://www.ca.myfreebird.com.
- Freebird is not responsible for return shipping and handling costs for any international orders outside of the USA
- Products must be returned in like-new condition with original packaging. Consumable products must be at least three-quarters full for a return or exchange.
- For products purchased from authorized dealers, please contact them directly as their return policy will apply.
