Product Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage

Freebird guarantees that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period specified below, under the following terms. To qualify for a warranty claim, you must:

  1. Be the original purchaser of the product from ca.myfreebird.com or an authorized Freebird dealer.
  2. Provide proof of purchase.
  3. Return the product to Freebird if requested.
  4. Use the product as intended, following all provided instructions.

Should a defect arise within the warranty period under these conditions, Freebird, at its discretion, will repair or replace the defective product or part. This warranty does not cover damage from third-party modifications, repairs, or the use of non-original parts and accessories, nor does it cover normal wear and tear. For limited edition or discontinued products, we will endeavor to replace them with an equivalent model, subject to availability. Note, products may undergo design and feature changes over time, which may be reflected in replacements offered under warranty.

Warranty Periods

  • 1 Year Standard Warranty

    • Applies to the FlexSeries Shaving Kit, whether purchased individually or as part of a bundle.

  • Lifetime Warranty for Subscribers

    • Available to customers with an active subscription for blade refills. This warranty covers the FlexSeries Shaving Kit under the condition that a replenishment box has been received within 90 days prior to submitting a warranty claim. Up to two warranty claims are allowed per 12-month period. Termination of your subscription will revert your product coverage to the 1 Year Standard Warranty from the original purchase date.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, email our customer support at ca@myfreebird.com with the necessary proof of purchase and details about the product issue. If we request the return of your product, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. After receiving and inspecting your product, we'll update you on the status of your claim, typically within 5 to 7 business days.

Warranty Disclaimer

No warranties beyond this policy are expressed or implied. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranty durations, so this limitation may not apply to you. Freebird is not liable for incidental or consequential damages under any circumstances. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this may not apply to you. This warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state. This warranty is valid only in the United States. No modification, extension, or addition to this warranty is authorized by any Freebird reseller, agent, or employee. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered by this warranty.
